Simon had a bad start to the holiday as he spent the week preparing a playlist of music on his beloved iPhone for the 4 hour flight; which did not turn out exactly as he planned as his phone crashed which left him with the in the flight movie.

As this was the first trip abroad for JP as well as the first time on aeroplane. JP loved every minute even though Simon was trying his hardest to wind him. This did not work as JP was listening to his working iPhone.

Finally arriving in Turkey and traveling for 90 minutes to Alanya they both arrived at the Hotel Saphir at time which was too early to remember.

Over the week Simon & JP completed their planned goals & objectives to improve both themselves as well Disco Promotions.

Team building

With their busy schedules Simon & JP time to plan time working together is very limited. Taking part in group activities working both individually and as team to ensure that they working towards the same goal.

Business Development

This is one of the main points of discuss during the week. Both Simon & JP want to take Disco Promotions further whist continuing to provide a high quality service.  

Music industry developments

One of their objectives was to visit as many establishments as possible throughout Alanya talking to venue business owners and their DJ's about the entertainment industry.

Meet the locals

Another objective was to meet up with the locals to find out what they expect from their DJ's and their favourite music.

Consultation Service 

In small town of Alanya word spread quickly what we trying to acheive and Hotel Saphir entertainment team were seeking an insight to their experience.  

Over the last 5 days Simon & JP provide their knowledge and experience to improve their evening entertainment to other hotel guests. The entertainment team passion they improved after number of consultations which enhanced their performance from stage presence to technical delivery.

Future of Disco Promotions

The next 18 months for Disco Promotions is going to improve as Simon & JP put their plans in to action to ensure their cilents get the best service delivery. This has already began with Kirk Woolley joining our team expanding the number of events we can complete.

Due to the success of this trip both Simon & JP are already making plans to return to Turkey within the next 18 months to plan as well provide consultation services to various establishments.
